We have a team of qualified professionals who deliver the best treatment and quality veterinary service for pets at all times. The team is made up of four veterinary surgeons, two assistants and a specialist groomer and dog trainer, led by the Clinical Director, Ricard Córdoba, a leading national expert in reproduction.

Veterinary Director
Veterinarian graduated from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and member of the first graduating class of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, she began her career in 1989.Her first years were focused on the sheep sector and at the same time she collaborated in a pet clinic. In 1992, her dedication to the small animal clinic was 100% established, a role she still holds today. She is currently the director of the Pla Veterinary Centre, a clinic staffed by 6 vets, 4 assistants and a receptionist. In her little free time, she dedicates it to her family and the world of camping.
Marta Vilanova
Veterinary
Marta graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Zaragoza in 2017. She has worked in different clinics and, since 2021, she has been part of the team at Pla Veterinary Centre as a General Veterinarian.She has a special interest in internal medicine and is in ongoing training in this field. Since she was a child she has always wanted to be a vet and she loves dogs. Her hobbies are the mountains, enjoying her four-legged companions and music
Ariadna García
Veterinary
Graduated in Veterinary Medicine at the Autonomous University of Barcelona in 2009. She is a member of the Association of Spanish Veterinary Specialists in Small Animals (AVEPA).Master in “Clinical Ethology and Animal Welfare” from the University of Zaragoza in 2013. Her fields of interest focus on cardiology, oncology and feline medicine. In 2019, she joined the Pla Veterinary Centre.
Álvar Mongrell
Veterinary
Álvar graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the Autonomous University of Barcelona in 1998. He has been working in pet clinics since then.His fields of interest are surgery and traumatology, specialities in which he has trained and gained experience. He has also trained in small animal clinics. In 2020 she joined the team of the Pla Veterinary Centre.

Veterinary Assistant since 2017 at Pla Veterinary Centre, developing administrative activities in reception and as a technical assistant in consultation and operating room.She has completed courses in technical support for exotic animals and in hospitalisation in feline medicine.
Niculina Pumnut
Veterinary Assistant
Niculina started working at Pla Veterinary Centre in 2020, and is responsible for maintenance and reception support.With a great deal of professionalism, she currently performs the role of auxiliary, client reception, sale of food and supplies, stock maintenance and attending to telephone calls with great diligence. She loves dealing with animals. She is also undergoing continuous training in nutrition, customer service and merchandising
Natalia Mesalles
Veterinary Assistant
Natàlia started as a dog groomer at the Pla Veterinary Centre in 2003. In 2017, she qualified as a veterinary assistant and, since then, she has been working in the laboratory, operating theatre and day hospital.She has spent time at centres specialising in feline medicine, such as the Feline Clinic in Barcelona, and continues to undergo training through courses and congresses organised by AVEPA (the Association of Spanish Veterinarians Specialising in Small Animals). She is also responsible for keeping our facilities in perfect condition to offer our clients a quality service.
