We are delighted to introduce you to the six latest practices that will share their future with us.
Centro Veterinario El Madroñal is our first centre in the Canary Islands. It is located in the south of Tenerife, in Adeje, and is led by Roberto Porto, who, together with his team of veterinarians and nurses, have expertise in surgery, traumatology, cardiology, ophthalmology and dermatology. The centre also offers illness prevention health plans.
Roberto commented: “At Centro Veterinario El Madroñal, we believe in excellence in veterinary medicine and the best way to achieve this is to create synergies with other professionals. The opportunity to belong to the UNAVETS Group has given us a huge boost that was noticeable from day one. The whole team is excited to be part of this new adventure”.
Babieca Clínica Veterinaria, is a clinic located in Cantabria, in Los Corrales de Buelnas. Director Paula Sánchez-Pando commented: “The profession of veterinary clinic management has evolved a lot in recent times. Our partnership with UNAVETS provides us with the support we need. It will allow us to focus on caring for our patients, which is what we do best. It will also give us the opportunity to develop our clinical work so that we can continue to provide top-quality service to our patients”.
Etorbide is a group of two veterinary practices located in Biscay – one in Amorebieta, and the other in Durango. Both offer a comprehensive veterinary care service, as well as a pet shop and grooming services. One of its Clinical Directors, Alberto Simarro, commented: “After 26 years of professional and personal growth, we had the opportunity to become part of UNAVETS. This is an exciting project that opens up a new future for the 14 members of the Etorbide family.”
Centro Veterinario Neptuno in Valladolid, directed by Rodrigo Macón, is a veterinary clinic with comprehensive and modern equipment that focuses its activity on surgery, oncology and feline medicine. Rodrigo commented: “When I decided to sell my clinic I was looking for a group that cared about my team, my clients and that would help us achieve common goals. UNAVETS has been a great support on a clinical and personal level, respecting the essence of Centro Veterinario Neptuno and allowing us to continue growing to provide the best and most qualified care to our patients”.
Clínica Veterinaria La Huella is a clinic located in Cádiz and led by Gracia Suárez that covers all types of pet healthcare. The clinic is especially focused on Surgery, Endoscopy, Dermatology, and Feline Medicine. Gracia commented: “UNAVETS has provided great support to me and my team, particularly through its focus on business and people management. The enthusiasm they have brought to my project is exciting and they have made the transition easy. Both my team and I are very excited to enter this new stage. Thanks to the UNAVETS team for making the incorporation easy for us, and for helping us to grow”.
