Jose Ivars Bataller
Veterinary Director
After graduating in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Murcia in 1998, he passed the official exam to become a veterinary surgeon for the Valencia Regional Department of Health. He held this position for 14 years, and also worked in the afternoons in a clinic for small and large animals.His vocation for clinical veterinary medicine led him to take a leave of absence from the Regional Department of Health to devote his time exclusively to small animal medicine. He completed courses in in general surgery, advanced courses in blood analysis, training in ultrasound of the abdomen and advanced level Doppler echocardiography, specialisation stays in cardiology and traumatology, courses in diagnostic imaging and training courses in veterinary clinic management. Throughout his career of more than 25 years as a veterinary director and clinician, he has attended numerous national and international congresses and continuing education courses, acquiring extensive experience in the areas of internal medicine, general surgery of soft tissues, diagnostic imaging and emergency veterinary services, among others.

After graduating in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Santiago de Compostela (Lugo campus) in 2018, Alba began an internship at the Alcoy Veterinary Hospital of Alcoywhere she spent four years. In 2022, she decided to further her studies and enrolled in the Master’s Degree in Internal Medicine for Small Animals at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. Alba has always wanted to be a veterinary surgeon and enjoys caring for all the patients that come to the clinic every day. However, her particular interests lie in internal medicine, hospitalisation and emergencies. She spends her free time with her family and friends and enjoying new adventures with her pets Dorito, Bailey and Marshall.

Eduardo is a vocational animal lover. He studied Biological Sciences at the University of Granada (1994-1999), completing the first cycle and also undertaking several courses in botany, herpetology, ornithology and entomology, etc.For a considerable time, he worked as an environmental guide in the province of Granada. In 2003, he moved into the pet sector, taking courses in canine and feline hairdressing and beauty, working in this area until 2006, when he joined the San Francisco de Asís Veterinary Clinic. Since then he has worked in various areas of the clinic. Today he works mainly in reception and customer service.
Isabel Escrivá Aparisi
Veterinary Assistant
In 2008, her love for animals led her to study and train as a veterinary technical assistant CIM Academy in Valencia. However, on completion of her studies, she worked in sales and customer services in other sectors until 2022, when she decided on a change of career directionShe was fortunate to meet Pepe, the clinic manager, an opportunity that has enabled her to work in the field she truly enjoys, and where she learns more and more each day.
