Rodrigo Macón
Veterinary Director
Rodrigo holds a degree in Veterinary Medicine and Health from the University of Cáceres in 2001. He has obtained a postgraduate certificate in small animal surgery from the ESVPS and has specialised in feline medicine, internal medicine, ultrasound, cardiology and soft tissue surgery.Rodrigo is a member of AVEPA, AEVET and GEMFE, and actively participates in national and international congresses, as well as in continuing education courses. His passion is to provide high quality care to pets and to keep up to date with the latest innovations in the veterinary field.
Rodrigo, participates giving advice on the health of our pets in the Castilla y Leon television programme “Vamos a ver”.
Alejandra Torralbo
Veterinarian
Alejandra has a degree in veterinary medicine with a solid academic background obtained at the University of León. Her professional career has led her to specialise in crucial areas of veterinary medicine, with a special focus on internal medicine, intensive care and clinical analysis.Her commitment to excellence and her constant desire to provide the best patient care motivates her to keep up to date with the latest advances in her field. In this sense, Alejandra is constantly seeking learning opportunities, actively participating in postgraduate courses and attending various training lectures, which makes her a highly up-to-date professional committed to the health and welfare of the animals in her care. Her passion for veterinary medicine and her tireless dedication make her a valuable expert in her area of expertise.
Raquel Casado
Veterinarian
Raquel has a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Extremadura, she has developed her training as a student in the department of Small Animal Surgery at the Hospital Clínico Veterinario of Cáceres.In addition, she has carried out an enriching stay at the Veterinary Hospital of San Vicente del Raspeig (Alicante).
Her love for veterinary work is reflected in her daily commitment to learn and improve the health of pets, considered our most loyal friends. Raquel finds in this profession a continuous opportunity to grow and contribute to the welfare of the animals she loves so much.

Veterinary Assistant
Andrea is a qualified veterinary technician assistant. Her main tasks are to greet patients, answer the telephone and manage the patient diary, as well as the effective management of inventory and ordering of clinical materials.Her constant willingness to support her colleagues and clients in all circumstances is remarkable, and demonstrates a high degree of commitment.
Andrea has a special interest in inpatient care and personal attention to clients and their pets. She has a passionate love for animals, with cats being her weakness. She has been actively involved for years with local animal shelters, offering her home as a temporary refuge, especially for nursing kittens.
