Our passion and vocation are animals, so we care about improving the quality of life of your pets, while we also focus on applying preventive treatments and their ideal care.
At San Bernardo Veterinary Hospital we have a team of qualified veterinarians made up of 14 vets, 8 veterinary assistants, 2 recepcionists and 2 groomers. We will attend to your pet 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Alexandra Muzzati
Veterinary Director
Alexandra is a veterinary surgeon graduated from the University of Zaragoza (1991/1996).Together with José María Martínez, she is the founder of San Bernardo and they are the current directors of the San Bernardo Veterinary Hospital.
Lorena Martínez
Veterinary
Lorena is veterinary and she has completed a postgraduate degree in Cardiology and Ultrasound.She has been part of the San Bernardo team since 2016.
Ainhoa Almela
Veterinary
Ainhoa is a veterinarian graduated from the University of Zaragoza (class of 2006/2011). She has been part of our team since November 2016.In 2017 she completed a postgraduate degree in ophthalmology and her passion is surgery. In her free time she likes to cuddle her furry friends (Bran, Drogo, Copla and Stark) and organise events with family and friends.
Patricia López
Veterinary
Patricia has a degree in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Valencia (class of 2015-2021). She has been practising her profession with us since February 2022.Inma Martínez
Veterinary
Inma graduated as a veterinarian from the University of Zaragoza in 2014.She later completed a postgraduate degree in small animal internal medicine. She has been part of our team since 2017.
Amparo Díez
Veterinary
Amparo is a veterinary surgeon graduated from Cardenal Herrera-CEU University (Valencia), class of 2000/2005.She has worked as a general veterinarian since then and has a special interest in dermatology. She joined our team in 2016.
Miriam Fuster
Veterinary
Miriam graduated in Veterinary Medicine in 2015 at the University of Zaragoza.She started working in a small animal clinic and treating exotic animals, mainly small mammals (rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, rats and hamsters) although she also treated some birds. In 2016 she completed a course on exotic animals at the University of Barcelona and in 2021 she completed the AEVA Master’s Degree in Medical and Surgical Techniques in Exotic Animals.

Paulina is our recepcionist and veterinary assistant. She has a degree in Humanities. Being a client of ours in the previous clinic and an animal lover,she became interested in being part of our team and since 2012 she is one of our receptionists and widely known by our loyal customers.
