During the UNAVETS acquisition process, we will work with you to properly assess your needs and walk through the necessary financial and legal steps to achieve a sale.To create a positive experience that allows you to continue your day-to-day operations, we have created a process that allows us to get to know each other.

Preliminary Review (NDA)

Includes gathering preliminary information and a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) so we can understand your business.

Offer (LOI)

Terms will be proposed based on the shared opportunity and an offer will be extended and if agreed, a letter of intent (LOI) is signed.

Due Diligence

A formal Legal and Financial due diligence process is performed to verify the business profile of the clinic.

Agreements

Purchase agreements will be drafted to reflect the mutually agreed upon terms.
